Two event pavilions and a central café activate the development beyond residential use, attracting both residents and visitors while reinforcing its identity as a vibrant destination. Conceived as a collection of independent villas, the proposal responds directly to the site’s topography, natural watercourses and surrounding views. These existing conditions become the foundation of the architectural strategy, informing the organisation of access, circulation and the placement of each building to maximise both spatial quality and long-term value.
The arrival sequence establishes the social character of the project. Two event pavilions define the entrance, welcoming both residents and visitors before leading into a landscaped public spine centred around a café pavilion. Along this sequence, shaded gardens, open green spaces, water features and family-oriented areas create a rich variety of outdoor experiences, encouraging everyday interaction while preserving a calm residential atmosphere.
The villas are positioned along the perimeter to maximise privacy while taking full advantage of the surrounding landscape. Each home is organised in layers, orientating gardens, terraces and swimming pools towards the mountain backdrop, reinforcing intimacy and creating natural separation between neighbouring plots.
