HOUSE CA18

San Vicente, SPAIN

The house opens towards its surroundings, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior through light, vegetation and a continuous spatial sequence that connects the main living areas with the garden, terrace and pool.

Its geometry is shaped by the way it is lived. A diagonal façade organises the programme, defining an open and adaptable home designed around everyday life.

Fachada proyecto CA18

The house is conceived as a natural extension of both its surroundings and the way its inhabitants live. Architecture opens towards the landscape, dissolving the boundary between inside and outside through generous openings, connected spaces and a continuous relationship with light, vegetation and air.

The main living spaces — living, dining and kitchen — are organised as a continuous sequence extending towards the porch, terrace and swimming pool, allowing the house to be experienced as a single architectural system where interior and exterior naturally coexist.

The geometry of the project is shaped by the programme itself. A diagonal façade responds directly to the internal organisation, creating an upper level that accommodates an independent space designed for guests or future family needs. Beyond organising the programme, this gesture defines the architectural identity of the house while reinforcing privacy.

Inside, flexible layouts allow the house to evolve over time, while passive strategies such as cross ventilation and solar protection ensure comfort, efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Rather than an isolated object, the project proposes a way of living that is open, adaptable and deeply connected to its environment.
